One of the things I believe most of us are poor at, is celebrating the moments in our job where we have made a small progression; whether it is completing a surgery for the first time, becoming more efficient at a task like suturing or putting in an IV catheter smoothly. ⁠ This is my first hemilaminectomy - I took a photo to remember how excited I was. ⁠
